What should I do if I want to exchange or return an item?

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below to do so:

  1. Before returning an item, please send an e-mail to [email protected] Or get in touch via the contact form.
  2. You will receive instructions for returning the item via e-mail. Didn't receive an e-mail? We always reply, so please check your spam folder or call us if you have not received a reply.
  3. After receiving the return, we will send a confirmation via e-mail.
  4. We will exchange the item (if in stock), give you a discount voucher, or refund the purchase price and any shipping costs within 14 days, depending on your wish.

The cost of returning an item shall be borne by the customer. Articles that are used, damaged or incomplete cannot be exchanged and/or returned. If possible, please return items in their original packaging. Discounted articles may also be returned. Do you have other questions about the possibility of exchanging or returning an article? You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
