How does ordering and shipping work?
After you complete an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once the parcel has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation — where available, including a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.

How do I return a product?
If a product turns out not to be right for you, you can return it within the statutory cooling-off period. - Pack the product carefully. Please return it in the original, undamaged packaging as much as possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products related to health — such as dietary supplements — may sometimes not be accepted for return once opened.
